Our room had twin beds, and the views were amazing! 🌅

Our twin room had stunning views and a good view. the staff were helpful and well-mannered. - the location was magnificent, nestled in the mountains. - It was next to a quaint part of South Africa.

My stay was very nice, and the entire staff was especially helpful. I liked well presented and well-appointed room complete with balcony and a fridge, for instance. Dinner and breakfast food was great!

This place is located within a short walk to nature, a lovely restaurant, and a beautiful area.

The hotel has old world charm and the staff are exceedingly courteous and friendly.

We thought the hotel is beginning to show its age. Some areas such as the bathrooms need upgrading to compete at the highest level. The gardens were also not what we experienced on our previous visit although it must be said that previously we visited in spring.

It was huge, a nice size and with a view. The location was excellant and lovely for traveling around Tzaneen, near to has a collection of lovely vintage pieces, the mountains near Tzaneen and beautiful area.

The food offered by the hotel is of a very high quality, and the hotel has a very nice bar with big screen.

I think foreign speaking people would struggle as the level of English spoken at the hotel is not very high. The Hotel is dated, but as I've been told this is the charm. If you are looking for a modern hotel / spa, this isn't it.

The rooms had awesome views which we loved 😍. the breakfast they had here was just incredible.

We were very dissapointed that we couldn't find any noughat to buy or even complimentary noughat when beds were prepared for the night seeing its your claim to fame.....

We only stayed for one night on our way home after a trip to the Kruger National Park. Having travelled far the day before, we did not feel like getting dressed for dinner. We had the fire lit and ordered from room service so we could just sit around and relax and read the newspaper. Most enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks.

Double ply toilet paper would be nice!

The suite was amazing when we checked in, it looked stunning 💫. the garden view was also nice from our room.

The wonderful home away from home ambience; staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Never had the idea that making a profit was foremost in the mind as with many other 'boutique' type setups. The menu as well as a la Carte selection excellent. The proof was also in the pudding!
